Instructions for admin users

These are instructions for managing AI Assistant features such as Ask AI within your company. You need to be an admin user of your company.

Enabling the AI Assistant Features

You can activate AI Assistant Features by following these steps:

1. Open the user menu in top right

2. Select Settings

3. Select the Licenses tab

4. Approve the Generative AI Terms in the Licenses section

5. Enable the AI Assistant Features for your organization

Managing which users can use credits

As an admin user, you can also limit who in your company can use Multi-Patent Ask AI and thus spend credits. Go to Settings > Users & Roles. Untick the Multi-ask AI box to prevent a user from using Multi-Patent Ask AI.

Monitoring your company’s credit usage

You can see the log of your company's credit usage in Settings > Credits.
