These are instructions for managing Ask AI features within your company. You need to be an admin user of your company.
Enabling the Ask AI module
You can activate Ask AI by following these steps:
1. Go to Settings
2. Select the Licenses tab
3. Approve the Ask AI Terms and Conditions in the Licenses section
4. Enable the Ask AI module for your organization
Managing which users can use credits
As an admin user, you can also limit who in your company can use Multi-Patent Ask AI and thus spend credits. Go to Settings > Users & Roles. Untick the Multi-ask AI box to prevent a user from using Multi-Patent Ask AI.
Monitoring your company’s credit usage
You can see the log of your company's credit usage in Settings > Credits.
