The Visualization feature allows you to explore how documents relate to each other on a technical level. It allows you to detect clusters of documents, explore gaps and overlaps as well as visualize how documents with different tags and applicants relate to each other.
Using Visualization
Open any search case or collection, and then click the tab Visualization.
The Visualization tab shows each document in your current search case or collection as a dot. Two dots being close to each other indicates that the documents have similar technical content. The axes have no specific technical meaning.
Using the scatter plot, you can for instance see how the documents are split among different applicants. You can hide some applicants from the chart by clicking the eye icon next to the applicant name.
To view more information about the document represented by a specific dot, move your mouse over the dot.
Analyzing document tags
In case the documents have been assigned tags, you can also explore what kinds of clusters the different tags form among the documents.
You can hide some tags, or documents without any tag, by clicking the eye icon next to the tag name on the left.
