What is the Prompt library?
The Prompt Library is a private collection where you can store and organize your most frequently used AI prompts. Only you can see and access your library. You can add custom prompts, edit existing ones, or use our pre-built prompts as starting points.
Using Your Prompts
While using Ask AI:
Type "/" in the input field, or
Click the "Shortcuts" button
This opens the shortcuts menu where you can see your top prompts. Select any prompt by clicking it or using arrow keys and Enter. You can still edit the prompt if you want before sending it to Ask AI.
If your wanted prompt is not visible, you can also start typing the prompt, and the shortcuts automatically filter matching prompts for you to choose from.
Managing Your Prompt Library
You can add your own prompts and delete the non-useful ones in the prompt library.
To manage your library: Go to Settings > Prompt Library, or click "Prompt Library" from the shortcuts menu.
To add a new prompt:
Click "Add prompt"
Type your prompt text
Click "Save"
To edit or delete:
Click edit icon next to any prompt to modify it
Click delete icon to remove prompts you no longer need
There's no limit to how many prompts you can store. See our article about How to make good 'Ask AI' questions for further tips about prompting.
Pre-set Prompts
We've included some starter prompts based on what we've found most useful for our users. Feel free to edit or delete these prompts to better suit your needs.
